Rally in the Valley personnel must have applications and deposit in hand on or before June 5th. All spaces inside the Alibi's fence are taken! Vendor spaces across street are still available. Vendors can set up Thursday afternoon June 17, but no later than 10:00am Friday morning. If this is not possible please let a contact person know so other arrangements can be made. The Rally will start at 12:00 p.m. on Friday with pre-registration for the poker run from 5 p.m.-10:00 p.m., a silent auction from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. and a band playing outside from 4 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. The Rally will then continue on Saturday with the poker run registration and blessing of the bikes at 8:00 a.m. Vendors may choose how late to stay set up but may not tear down before 7:00 p.m. Saturday, June 19. Electricity: Electricity is available for a charge of $10. If you use this service, you are expected to secure any cordage to prevent injury/accidents.
